She held various senior positions including President of SEA for Putien Restaurant, Independent Director and CFO for Pavillon (Thai Village Holdings), COO for Singapore Raffles Music College. Julia has developed a robust network in the food & beverages industry (F&B) and has a keen understanding of F&B operations.
Other than being a member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia, Julia is also a certified Practising Management Consultant – Bilingual in English and Chinese, and graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Major in Accounting) degree.

Cindy has over 10 years of financial planning and strategy experience in a range of industries. She has provided valuable insights and analysis to Caltex, Disney, Incisive Media, Ascential, Dunnhumby, among others. Through her career, Cindy has demonstrated excellent analytical skills and management capabilities, including serving as FP&A Manager at Luxasia and Hooq. She also has a deep understanding of online media, e-commerce, and other tech industries.
Cindy graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a member of CPA Australia with strong accounting knowledge and technical skills.

Sam was the pioneer batch of M&A professionals at KPMG to be sent to Myanmar. Thereafter, he took up an Investment Manager role with Maersk Group to explore infrastructure opportunities in Asia. Con-currently, he held the appointment of Deputy Lead in the Communities of Practice – Digitalisation at Institute of Management Consultant Singapore.
Sam has acted as interim CFO for various tech companies during their fundraising phases. He has built financial models for more than 70 companies. He has worked closely with some of the most successful startups in Singapore, providing advisory, management, and valuation services to PolicyPal, Moovaz, Geniebook, USEN, Rainmaker Labs, Gobbler, among others.
Sam is also a certified Registered Management Consultant and graduated SMU with his Bachelor of Business Management degree.

Belinda has had more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting, financial planning and variance analysis. Management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and credit control are part of her experiences. She worked closely with CEO and management team, and was involved in business decisions at various levels. She was one of the key persons in tender committee for public bus and rail tendering with LTA.
She also had experience on client-facing front; setting up teams from scratch to manage client’s marketing development fund and was liaison with the client’s business partners.
