Julia began her career as an auditor in PWC and has accumulated over 25 years of financial and management experience. She held various senior positions including President of SEA for Putien Restaurant, Independent Director and CFO for Pavillon (Thai Village Holdings), COO for Singapore Raffles Music College. Julia has developed a robust network in the food & beverages industry (F&B) and has a keen understanding of F&B operations.
Other than being a member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia, Julia is also a certified Practising Management Consultant – Bilingual in English and Chinese, and graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Major in Accounting) degree.

Chii Wen has served in global finance leadership roles, in mainly US MNCs, over the last 20 years. He set up the finance function in China and was an Audit Manager in the US & Europe. More recently, he served in management positions for a few SMEs in the region. His areas of interest are in corporate strategy setting, change & process management.
A member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Chii Wen is a graduate from NTU and is also a Sloan Fellow (MSc in Management) from London Business School.

Angelina has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, internal auditing,
financial accounting and accountancy education in both private and public sectors. She has taught in various tertiary institutions in Accounting, Business and Hospitality programs, won several awards in teaching and learning initiatives, and was involved in the management team at various levels.
To maintain relevance between academia and industry, Angelina has and is involved in
consulting projects in the education, technology and healthcare sectors.
Angelina is currently an Associate Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management.

Cindy has over 10 years of financial planning and strategy experience in a range of industries. She has provided valuable insights and analysis to Caltex, Disney, Incisive Media, Ascential, Dunnhumby, among others. Through her career, Cindy has demonstrated excellent analytical skills and management capabilities, including serving as FP&A Manager at Luxasia and Hooq. She also has a deep understanding of online media, e-commerce, and other tech industries.
Cindy graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a member of CPA Australia with strong accounting knowledge and technical skills.

Sam was the pioneer batch of M&A professionals at KPMG to be sent to Myanmar. Thereafter, he took up an Investment Manager role with Maersk Group to explore infrastructure opportunities in Asia. Con-currently, he held the appointment of Deputy Lead in the Communities of Practice – Digitalisation at Institute of Management Consultant Singapore.
Sam has acted as interim CFO for various tech companies during their fundraising phases. He has built financial models for more than 70 companies. He has worked closely with some of the most successful startups in Singapore, providing advisory, management, and valuation services to PolicyPal, Moovaz, Geniebook, USEN, Rainmaker Labs, Gobbler, among others.
Sam is also a certified Registered Management Consultant and graduated SMU with his Bachelor of Business Management degree.

Belinda has had more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting, financial planning and variance analysis. Management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and credit control are part of her experiences. She worked closely with CEO and management team, and was involved in business decisions at various levels. She was one of the key persons in tender committee for public bus and rail tendering with LTA.
She also had experience on client-facing front; setting up teams from scratch to manage client’s marketing development fund and was liaison with the client’s business partners.

Lee Fern served as a senior management leader heading finance function for more than 28 years in MNCs. She was leading the finance team covering functional areas in finance management, taxation, internal controls, treasury, acquisition and integration, as well as overall business partnering.
She had extensive experience in helping to set up and grow businesses in Asia Pacific region, which include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. She also had some experience in Philippines, China, India and Sri Lanka.
Lee Fern graduated with an accountancy degree from National University of Singapore. She started her career as an auditor in PriceWaterhouse.

Charles started his career as an M&A professional in KPMG, covering transactions in the Asia Pacific region. His deal experience encompasses a wide range of industries from manufacturing, automotive, F&B and marine sectors. Thereafter, he moved to A.P. Moller Maersk as a Consultant in the in-house management consulting team. He was involved in various
strategy projects, including regional growth strategy, product development strategy and organizational restructuring projects.
Charles is currently involved in the Tech start-up scene with projects involving fundraising, exit planning and financial modelling.
Charles graduated from Singapore Management University with a double
major in Economics and Finance. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
